Login and account access

If you cannot sign in, gather your sign-in method, the account email, and the exact screen or message you see before contacting support.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscription billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Include the store, the purchase date, and your receipt screenshot when you need help.
