Fastest paths

Account access or sign-in: tell us your sign-in method, the email on the account, and the screen that blocked you.

Billing or subscription: include the store you used (Apple or Google), your purchase date, and what you expected to happen.

Bug report: include the exact steps, what happened instead, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible.

Privacy or data request: tell us whether you need access, correction, deletion, or another privacy action.

What to include

Device details

Tell us your device model, operating system version, app version, and your app language. This usually saves a full back-and-forth.

A reproducible timeline

List the steps in order, note whether the issue is consistent or intermittent, and include the time the problem happened if you know it.

Account-safe context

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or payment card details. Your account email, subscription store, and screenshots are enough for us to investigate.
