Fasaha Terms of Service

You must be 13+ (or your country's minimum). Under-18 users need parental/guardian consent. Schools onboarding younger learners must obtain appropriate permissions and remain responsible for them.

We may use platform age-signal APIs (Apple/Google) to apply protections required by App Store Accountability Acts (TX, CA, LA, UT). Providing false age information violates these Terms.

Keep credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for account activity unless caused by our negligence.

No multiple accounts to bypass limits. Organizations needing multiple seats should sign an enterprise or classroom agreement.

AI-enhanced Arabic lessons, pronunciation practice, adaptive assessments, dictionary, cultural content, analytics. Features may evolve; we may add, pause, or retire modules for security or compliance.

Fasaha uses algorithms to adapt lessons and score pronunciation. See our Privacy Policy Section 4 for ADMT disclosures and your opt-out rights.

AI tutors and dictionary explanations are educational only—not substitutes for professional translation, immigration, test-prep, or legal services.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or the storefront where you obtained the app. Fasaha never stores full payment card data.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel in the storefront ≥24 hours before renewal (e.g., App Store → Subscriptions). We cannot cancel on your behalf.

Free trials convert to paid unless canceled first. We may revoke trials for abuse or prior use of similar offers.

Governed by store policies. Statutory withdrawal rights in your region are honored.

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. All IP in the app, content, branding, and AI models belongs to Fasaha and its licensors.

Do not: (a) scrape or bulk-export content; (b) upload malware or attempt unauthorized access; (c) share hateful, violent, or infringing material; (d) impersonate others; (e) automate streaks or leaderboards.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Submitting recordings, text, or images grants Fasaha a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, analyze, and improve services. We won't sell or publicly display your content without consent.

Shared vocab lists, leaderboards, or posts are visible to other users. You're responsible for what you publish.

Ideas or bug reports may be used without compensation.

AI outputs may be inaccurate—verify important translations independently. Beta features may be rate-limited or discontinued without notice.

Links or integrations (video hosts, tools) are governed by their own terms. Fasaha is not responsible for third-party practices.

Stop using Fasaha anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or non-payment—with notice when practicable. Surviving sections include payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute resolution.

Fasaha is provided "as is." We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties (merchantability, fitness, accuracy, non-infringement) to the extent allowed by law.

Fasaha and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability in any 12-month period ≤ greater of amount paid or $100 USD. Some jurisdictions limit these caps.

You indemnify Fasaha, affiliates, officers, and employees against claims arising from your content, use, or violations.

Delaware, USA law governs (excluding conflict rules). Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.

Email fasaha.app@gmail.com; allow 30 days before formal claims.

Unresolved disputes go to binding AAA arbitration under Consumer Rules. Both parties waive jury trials and class actions. Small-claims court remains available. Opt out within 30 days by emailing "Arbitration Opt Out."

You may not use Fasaha from US-embargoed countries or if on a restricted-party list. Comply with all export laws.

We may update Terms for new features, legal requirements, or business needs. Material changes announced ≥15 days in advance via email or in-app. Continued use = acceptance.
